Led by Heidi, a seasoned professional with over three decades of information management experience, and renowned as the Founder of Dyslexia Victoria Support and Vice President of SPELD Victoria, this workshop promises invaluable insights. Her establishment of Dyslexia Victoria Support in 2014 has provided crucial support for countless families facing similar challenges. Cancellation Policy

I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or other obligations. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from receiving much-needed assistance and support. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
